At Verdonae, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Order Tracking

Every shipment includes tracking.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can monitor your package throughout its journey.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Customs procedures may occasionally extend delivery times beyond our estimates.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

Verdonae is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery time:

  • First, check your tracking information.
  • Contact your local postal service or carrier.
  • If you still need assistance, please contact our customer support team.

While we will gladly help investigate shipping issues, Verdonae cannot guarantee carrier delivery times once a package has been handed over to the shipping provider.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number.
  • Attach clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.


Shipping Restrictions

Due to international regulations, we may be unable to ship to certain countries or regions. If your location cannot be serviced, you will be notified before your order is processed.
